Season 3 is all about pushing the envelope with even more interesting ingredients and unexpected applications. You'll create 3 new bitters (Szechuan Five Spice, Habanero, and Roasted Apple), 2 cordials (Horchata and Fruitcake), 2 shrubs (Pineapple and Mango Chipotle), 1 syrup, 2 desserts, and 15 absurdly tasty cocktails. 

  • Episode 1: What to Do With… Sherry

    If you ever wondered what to do with that dusty bottle of sherry on your grandparents’ shelf, this is your moment. Sherry doesn’t get its fair share of attention in the US, so Episode 1 explores every aspect of this elegant fortified wine – both on its own and in three classic(ish) cocktails. We also get our Szechuan Five Spice Bitters and Horchata Cordial into the steeping jars.

  • Episode 2: Cream of the Crop

    Cream isn’t just something that goes in coffee, or a classic rock band. It’s also a great way to give a cocktail heft and substance. We’ll explore three fantastic cocktails that involve cream, two of which will also employ the Horchata cordial we created in Episode 1. On the ingredient front, we’ll be pushing ahead with Habanero bitters and Fruitcake cordial.

  • Episode 3: Easy as Pie

    With the holiday season around the corner, what better way to apply your cocktail expertise in the kitchen than with pie? We’ll show you how to build a spirit-inspired dessert that will light up your holiday table: Alpine Galette, a Braulio-infused pear and goat cheese galette. We’ll top it all off with horchata whipped cream, create some truly excellent cocktails to enjoy alongside our sweet treats, and get our Roasted Apple bitters into the bottle for steeping. Easy as pie!

  • Episode 4: Holiday Spectacular...ish

    We can’t promise any Rockettes, but we’ll still be making the holiday season spectacular with two wintery cocktails, our Pineapple shrub, and more! It’ll add the perfect dash of warmth and fun to the beginning of winter.

  • Episode 5: Firewater

    Get ready to feel the burn – this episode is all about spicy cocktails. We’ll be using our Habanero bitters and Szechuan Five Spice bitters, plus the Mango Chipotle shrub that we’ll create in this episode, to great effect in three cocktails with serious kick. Plus, we’ll hear all about Sother's very own hot sauce!
