Smokey the Shark

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 oz Smoked Pineapple Shrub

  • 0.5 oz strawberry or cherry syrup (we recommend Macerated Strawberry Syrup)

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz dark or funky rum

  • 1 oz light rum

  • Spicy Sweet Salt

How To Make It:

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin and shake vigorously with ice.

  • Rim a glass with Spicy Sweet Salt (available from gush.com) and fill with pebble ice.

  • Strain the drink into the rimmed glass and garnish with a skewer of smoked pineapple chunks.
