Smokey the Shark
What You’ll Need:
1 oz Smoked Pineapple Shrub
0.5 oz strawberry or cherry syrup (we recommend Macerated Strawberry Syrup)
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz dark or funky rum
1 oz light rum
Spicy Sweet Salt
How To Make It:
Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin and shake vigorously with ice.
Rim a glass with Spicy Sweet Salt (available from gush.com) and fill with pebble ice.
Strain the drink into the rimmed glass and garnish with a skewer of smoked pineapple chunks.
